Does the venue have uplighting?

Memoir Event & Studio has uplighting. Our uplighting is a luminous RGB lighting controlled by a bluetooth app controlled right from you phone. It allows you to change each light individually or by group while also giving fantastic features like music synchronization, sound synchronization, strobe lighting, hue adjustment, luminous adjustments, and more.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date and time. All deposits are non-refundable.
Is there on-site parking for the venue?

Memoir Event & Studio has a private parking lot with 70 parking spaces. You can also park across the street in the adjacent lot that has over 100 parking spaces.
What types of events do you accommodate?

We host a wide range of events including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, birthday parties, quinceañera, banquets, private events, and more.

Can you accommodate physically challenged guests in your event hall?

Yes, our venue accessible for all guests, including those with physical disabilities. We have a ramp located at the front of the 926 Parkway Ave, Ewing Township, New Jersey 08618 building which provides easy access for physically challenged guests. Additionally, we offer several handicap parking spaces, an accessible bathroom that is designed to cater to the needs of all our guests. Our team is always available to assist guests with any special requests or requirements they may have to ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Memoir Event & Studio.
Can we purchase additional hours?

Memoir Event & Studio provides affordable options to purchase additional hours. If you have purchased one of our 5 packages all additional hours are discounted by 50% ($75).
When is the full payment due?

Memoir Event & Studio requires the balance due 30 days before your event.
Is smoking allowed in the venue?

No, smoking of cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, vapes, or any other type of smoking devices and/or substances is allowed only in venue. (No loitering in front of the venue to smoke is allowed).
Is alcohol allowed in venue?

Memoir Event & Studio, allows you to Bring Your Own Alcohol (BYOB). However, we require that all events serving any type of alcohol must hire a licensed and insured bartender and obtain a New Jersey Temporary Liquor License. And provide Memoir Event & Studio a copy of the bartenders license, insurance, and a copy of the temporary permit. Additionally, we do not permit any self serving of alcohol, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
